“Isn’t it always the victor who writes history?” asks student Khaled Muhammad, before quickly responding: “Certainly, but who won in Lebanon? It is a turning wheel. If we have to change history every time the government changes…we will never learn anything.”
("Non è sempre il vincitore che scrive la storia?" chiede lo studente Khaled Muhammad, prima di rispondersi velocemente: "Certamente, ma chi ha vinto in Libano? E' una ruota che gira. Se dovessimo cambiare la storia ad ogni cambio di governo..non impareremmo mai niente".)

Dichiarazione di uno studente palestinese in seguito alla polemica scoppiata nelle scorse settimane sulla scrittura dei libri di storia da adottare nelle scuole libanesi.
